Brazil Butt Lift Review

Brazil Butt Lift Review

This Brazil Butt Lift review is written by a Beachbody challengers that wanted to remain anonymous.

I’ve never been a self-conscious person; even with the baby weight from my first pregnancy, I wasn’t too concerned about how I looked or even what I ate. There were times when I attempted to exercise. I tried buying a gym membership, and one time I took a spin class. I enjoyed the spin class, not because I lost a ton of weight, but because it gave me an excuse to leave the house and spend time with friends.

It wasn’t until a co-worker recommended Brazil Butt Lift that I considered starting an exercise routine. She told me the workouts were fun and the results were amazing! What? Ok so I was skeptical, but she wanted someone to exercise with, and I thought I’d give it a shot.

About Brazil Butt Lift

Brazil Butt Lift was created by Leandro Carvalho. The reviews I read before I began the program said that it created the perfect “bikini body” if you follow the routines entirely. I was excited when I saw the before and after pictures of women who used Brazil Butt Lift. Not only did their rump look more firm, but their entire bodies looked fit.

Brazil Butt Lift is a 60-day program that offers a money-back guarantee. In fact, you get a lot more than your money back; you keep the 60-Day Supermodel Slim Down Plan, the strength band and the Bum Bum Rapido workout if you are not satisfied.

The program comprises six DVDs, each with a specific focus:

  • Basics: teaches perfect form and technique
  • Bum Bum: Leandro’s signature workout
  • High & Tight: involves resistance training to develop muscles in the core and thighs
  • Sculpt: a demanding workout that targets several major muscle groups
  • Cardio Axe: dance-style moves that are perfectly choreographed to energetic music
  • Bum Bum Live: intense workout that sheds a ton of calories

In addition to the DVDs, I received:

  • Booty Makeover Guide
  • Fat-Burning Foods
  • Triangle Training Workout Cards
  • Measurement Tracker Card and Tape Measure
  • 60-Day Supermodel Slimdown Plan
  • Booty Resistance Band
  • Bum Bum Rapido workout
  • Beachbody Online Support

Brazil Butt Lift employs the TriAngle training method, which targets three major muscles in the buttocks region at several angles.

First Few Weeks with Brazil Butt Lift

During my first few weeks, I was feeling sore in muscles that I didn’t know I had. I’ve never heard of, much less tried, a workout that is focused on the butt region, but you definitely feel the exercises working.  I was incredibly sore, drenched in sweat and very proud of myself for committing to the workout. But it was easy; Leandro keeps you focused, the excitement of the moves keeps you engaged and the music makes the workouts fly by.

The workouts combine fat-burning cardio with strength training. By the end of the first month, I lost 10 pounds and my butt looked tighter than ever!

My Brazil Butt Lift Results

Brazil Butt Lift not only shed a ton of weight, but helped me develop several healthy habits. I started Pilates and I even participated in a 5k race. My diet was completely transformed—no more fast food or midnight snacking. I was working hard, eating well and using booty pop to really get the results. Check out the bootypopreview101 if you are interested. And of course I was enjoying the entire process.

By the end of the program, I lost 22 pounds and went down five dress sizes. It was absolutely amazing! I would recommend the program to anyone who wants to workout without actually noticing the “work” part. The program is easy to follow, fun to complete and left a positive impact on all areas of my health.
