Where does Beachbody Leadership Retreat take place?
Beachbody Leadership retreat takes place in Dana Point, California on September 19th – 22nd. I'm really excited. So excited in fact that I am flying my entire family down to take part in the event. Three kids, wife, and even our amazing nanny. What's even cooler is that I paid for the entire trip with one week's Beachbody paycheck! And I'm flying from Canada where flights to California are not cheep!
What Happens at Beachbody Leadership Retreat?
The agenda is jam packed. We are going to hear from Tony Horton, Chalene Johnson, Beachbody CEO Carl Daikeler, and many more. We are going to find out the launch plans for the latest workouts from Beachbody, and hear the best ways to help people around the world get in the best physical and financial shape of their lives.
There are even a few live group workouts nice and early in the mornings, and even an evening workout or two. Those are my favorite parts of these events, the fact that we all workout together and encourage each other to stay in amazing shape.
How To Become a Beachbody Elite Coach
In my mind, becoming an Elite Beachbody Coach is easy, and should be something that every Beachbody coach strives to accomplish. Becoming “Elite” requires you to help 5 people on your team reach the level of Diamond Beachbody Coach. Once you are there, you need to help other members on your team reach Success Club every month. To me, as a Beachbody Coach, one of my biggest responsibilities is to ensure my coaches become the best coaches they can possibly be. So, if I am doing a good job as a leader, most of my coaches should reach Emerald Beachbody rank, and then Ruby and Diamond.
