Let me be totally honest with you: You do not have to spend hours working out every day to lose weight. Simply by bringing your heart rate up to a fat burning level, 20 to 25 minutes a day, you will start losing weight. I always recommend Focus T25 as the workout to try if you are short on time.
- Cut out Coffee, All Alcohol, and Soda Pop
Extra sugar is horrible for you. Sugar in general is horrible for you. And Alcohol, Pop, Coffee, all are LOADED with sugar. STOP DRINKING THEM. If you drink any of these three things, or even worse, all of them, STOP. You will lose well more than 10 pounds in one month.
