The Release of PiYo
Chalene Johnson has been working on this workout for years, and it is finally here! PiYo, Chalene Johnson's Pilates and Yoga inspired workout. I've been lucky enough to be a part of the PiYo test group, and achieved some mind blowing results in just 5 weeks. While I'm not allowed to give any details yet, as details are made public, you can expect to see them at the PiYo Workout Review page. PiYo is basically Turbo Yoga and Pilates, Chalene Johnson style. The music is amazing, the energy is fast paced, and the motivation is incredible. You will absolutely love PiYo and the results you get with it.
Focus T25 Delta?
Rumors are floating around that Beachbody will launch a new add-on to Focus T25, Focust T25 Delta. When I wrote the Focus T25 review, I spoke specifically about how Focus T25 really needs the Gamma workout if you are looking to gain added muscle mass. If this rumor is true, Focus T25 Delta should really take things to an entirely different level. This one remains to be seen, but I would definitely get a copy of Focus T25 Delta when it becomes available. Who doesn't want Shaun T to beat them down even further into the greatest shape of their lives!
Where is Coach Summit 2015 Being Held?
Everyone wants to know where Beachbody's Coach Summit 2015 will be held. We know it won't be in June, and we know it won't be in Vegas, but nobody is clear exactly where Coach Summit 2015 will take place. Expect Beachbody to make some big announcements in the next couple of weeks. Also rumor has it some amazing deals will be in place for Coach Summit 2014 attendees to scoop up some sweet deals on the tickets for Coach Summit 2015.
